What exactly is a tenant search?+
One search analyzes one space. Atlas profiles the address and the property it sits in, then hunts tenants four ways at once: who nearby might relocate into it, what category the block is missing, which brands are opening new locations, and the best-rated operators in the region. For a mall, lifestyle center or strip center it also reads the property's own tenant roster, so its existing tenants are never pitched back to their own landlord. One search covers the whole search and every result it produces.
How do credits work?+
Paid actions use credits; what each one uses is listed on the credit costs page. The Atlas plan includes 10,000 credits a month; annual billing receives the whole year upfront (120,000). Included credits reset at the start of every cycle and don't roll over. Extra credits are $20 for 1,000 and stay valid for 12 months. Credits are only consumed when the work actually runs; if it fails on our side, they come back automatically.
Can I run several searches at once?+
Yes, a handful in parallel per account. Searches take a few minutes each; you'll see live progress on the space page and get the results in chat if you started it there.
What does the plan include?+
Atlas is $200 a month and includes the AI Assistant, automatic brochure reading, decision-maker discovery and AI outreach drafts. It comes with 10,000 credits a month to spend in any mix; the credit costs page lists what each action uses. Annual billing saves 20%. Is there a trial?+
Yes. Every new customer gets a 14-day free trial of the Atlas plan with its monthly credits. A card is required to start it and nothing is charged during the trial; on the day it ends, your card is charged for the first period unless you cancelled before that in Account, Billing. Some prospects we invite get a trial without a card instead; that one simply ends on its own.
How do I cancel my subscription?+
Account → Billing → Manage billing opens the Stripe portal where you can cancel in two clicks. You keep access until the end of the paid period, or until the end of the trial when you cancel during one, and nothing more is charged. Details in the Refund Policy.
Do you offer refunds?+
Runs that fail on our side refund their credits automatically, searches, “find more” sweeps and AI drafts alike. A run that completes but finds nothing is not a failure and is not refunded. Subscription payments and credit purchases are generally non-refundable, but billing mistakes on our side are always made whole. See the Refund Policy.
Where does the tenant data come from?+
Public and licensed sources: business listings and map data, company websites, published directories, news and trade coverage, and government registries, cross-checked against each other. Results carry the sources they were found in, and a contact's email is checked for deliverability before we show it. Data can still be imperfect; verify before you commit.
Does Atlas send outreach emails for me?+
No. Atlas drafts the message and finds the contact; you send it from your own email client, so it comes from you. That also means you're responsible for sending lawfully (CAN-SPAM: truthful subject, your postal address, honor opt-outs).
Is there a limit on the AI assistant?+
Chat is included with every plan and sized generously. A daily fair-use cap protects the service from abuse; regular daily use, even heavy, won't hit it.
How do I delete my account and data?+
Account settings → Delete account removes your profile and revokes access immediately. For anything else, email [email protected]. Details in the Privacy Policy.
