Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 6, 2026
This policy explains what personal information One Simplicity("we") collects through Atlas, why, who processes it, and the choices you have. It also serves as our notice at collection under US state privacy laws.
1. Information we collect
- Account data: name, email, company, password hash (or your Google account identifier if you sign in with Google), language preference.
- Workspace content: the spaces you add (addresses, sizes, rents, notes), uploaded brochures and photos, chat conversations, and outreach drafts.
- Billing data: your plan, credit balance, and payment events. Card numbers are collected and stored by Stripe, our payment processor; we never see them.
- Usage data: product analytics events, device and browser information, and session replay (a recording of your interactions with the product interface) via Mixpanel, used to diagnose problems and improve the product. Cookies keep you signed in and support these analytics.
2. How we use it
- to provide the Service: run tenant searches, score candidates, draft outreach;
- to process payments, manage subscriptions and credits;
- to secure the Service and prevent abuse;
- to understand product usage and improve it;
- to communicate with you about your account.
3. Who processes it (service providers)
We share personal information only with processors that run the Service, under contracts limiting their use of it:
- Stripe: payments, subscriptions, invoices, and tax calculation;
- Anthropic: AI models that analyze spaces, score candidates, and power chat;
- Google (Places, Maps, sign-in) and Mapbox: location and business data, maps;
- Mixpanel: product analytics and session replay;
- Railway and Amazon Web Services: hosting, databases, and file storage.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
4. Retention
We keep your data while your account is active. Deleting your account (Account settings → Delete) removes your profile and revokes access immediately; residual copies in backups and billing records required for tax and accounting purposes are retained as the law requires.
5. Your rights
Depending on your state (including under the California Consumer Privacy Act), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to be free from discrimination for exercising those rights. You can delete your account yourself in Account settings; for any other request, email [email protected] and we will respond within the timeframe the law requires. We will verify requests using your account email.
6. Security
Data is encrypted in transit; passwords are stored as salted hashes; payment credentials live with Stripe. Sessions are revocable server-side. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as applicable law requires.
7. Children
Atlas is a business tool and is not directed to anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect children's personal information.
8. Changes
We may update this policy; material changes will be announced in the product or by email. The date above reflects the latest revision.
